THE APB Method (Awareness, Posture, Breathing)

To achieve optimum results and performance in a safe and effective manner the participant needs to be aware of the body’s signals ranging from muscle fatigue to joint pain.

The APB Method’s multi-sensory whole body approach is designed to allow the mind and body to function in harmony and balance, known as the mind and body connection.

This method unifies the mind and body as one, providing the mind the opportunity to scan the body while allowing the body to give feedback. This helps the participant to establish a reference point to learn and maintain proper posture in any movement pattern. It also allows the participant to monitor, adjust or correct improper movements, while protecting the nervous system, joints and ligaments from injury.

The APB Method provides the participant with the knowledge necessary to become more aware of their body and its signals, the correct posture for any exercise or movement pattern, their specific breathing pattern and how to utilize positive affirmations to enhance the participant’s outcomes and achieve optimum results and performance in a safe and effective manner.
